This complicated project includes the complete renovation of Terminal 2 for Delta. As the Construction Project Management Team/Owner Representative, we are responsible for managing Turner Construction, to ensure the project is built to BCAD/Delta, Department of Homeland Security and FAA specifications. Messam provides a Project Engineer, Superintendent and a Document Control Manager as a part of the Program Management team with PMT Technologies.
