This complicated 4-years project includes the cosmetic upgrades of all 7 patients’ floors and full renovations of: ER, Surgical, Physical Therapy, Med Surgery, and IR department. Messam Construction was the SBE-C Protégé of this Miracle Bond project with Jackson Health.
Messam provided an Assistant Project Manager, two Superintendents, Compliance Coordinator, and a Project Coordinator as part of the Construction Management team with OHL Building.
